If you are yet to cross paths with e.l.f they aptly describe themselves as a ‘revolutionary new beauty company’ who launched back in 2004 guided by Scott-Vincent Borba, the man behind Hard Candy’s cosmetic line. E.l.f offer an extensive range of cosmetics made up of their main, studio, mineral and elements lines with many products coming in for as little as £1.50.
This autumn we are happy to see the addition of 6 luscious lippies to the mainline collection, all priced at a budget busting £1.50 each. There are some great colours in there to take you through winter, we particularly like seductive (dusky pink), perfect when paired with flushed cheeks for a classic english rose look and fantasy (deep rusty brown) for some modern evening glamour.
As ever with e.l.f the low price doesn’t mean the quality is compromised and the collection offers good colour which lasts much longer than some other lipsticks in a higher price range and they don’t dry out the lips (especially important throughout winter).
Whilst perusing the site we also stumbled across some new colours in their nail polish range. Purple pleaser(aubergine), rosy raisin(deep brick red), red velvet (deep metallic red with shimmer) and cranberry (metallic…cranberry) are great additions to any nail polish collection and will give your winter wardrobe a sophisticated injection of colour. Again they are all priced at an insanely cheap £1.50 so you could get all four and still have change from a tenner!
Currently e.l.f are offering free shipping on orders over £30 so why not treat yourself to an entire new make-up range or start stockpiling the stocking fillers now! Check out the e.l.f website here.
