Working long hours and dealing with an increasing number of responsibilities can leave us girls with little time for beauty – but even those with just five minutes to spare can look their best. So if you find yourself with less time than you would like in the mornings, don’t worry – help is at hand with the following time-saving beauty tips.
Wash your face properly
To ensure your skin looks its best in the morning, it is important to ensure you are cleansing properly at night. Thoroughly cleansing will help your skin be clearer so you need less make-up in the morning. Try to avoid using a face-wipe at night and take some time to properly remove make-up.

Use the right beauty tools
When morning does roll around, using the right tools can be a real time saver. If you’re short on time and need to apply foundation for example, using an egg-shaped sponge can give you a flawless look in minutes.
Target facial areas
Most of us don’t need a full face of foundation every day, but we tend to fall into the habit. Instead, target facial areas to cover – perhaps your T-zone – and focus your work here before blending out. Not only will this save you time, you’ll be using less product so you will save money too.
Make a statement
Even if all you have is two minutes, a bold lip colour will ensure you look great. Use your sponge to apply foundation/concealer on your target areas, set with powder and use mascara to enhance your eyes. Finish off with a coat of pink lippy for a fresh look.
