Matte Is The New Gloss
Shiny lips have been the lip look du jour for years now, but the strong colours being used this summer sees a return to matte – shiny purple lips are too much, but purple lips are just enough.
Revlon has just launched at matte range which includes eyeshadow, eye liner, blusher and lipstick. The lipstick comes in ten shades, featuring all the shades that’ve been seen on the catwalk, such as coral, nude and lilac. The strong, intense colours are easy to apply for an all over matte look. They cost £7.13 each.
The eyeshadow is great for creating statement eyes, as it comes in bright neon colours including blue and green, perfect for the current 80s revival. Each shade costs £4.88
